Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms are entered into between you (the user) and the operator of this platform (the platform, we, or us).

They apply when you register, sign in to, access, or use the AI image and video generation, design workspace, batch production, layer processing, inspiration community, and related services we provide (the services), whether through the website, mobile pages, APIs, or other means.

Our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and other rules published on the platform form the complete agreement with these terms. If they conflict, these terms prevail, except that the Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information.

If you are under 18, read these terms with your guardian and use the services only with your guardian's consent.

2. Accounts and security

Register with a mobile number that you lawfully hold, and keep your registration information true, accurate, and complete. Do not register with someone else's number, a false identity, or another person's name.

Keep your account, password, and verification codes secure. You may not lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow others to use your account. Absent evidence to the contrary, activity through your account is treated as your activity, and you are responsible for it.

If you discover unauthorized use or a security flaw, change your password immediately and contact us using the details at the end of these terms. We will provide reasonable assistance.

To protect accounts and the platform, we may apply rate limits, device verification, and risk checks to registration, sign-in, and verification code requests.

3. Services and changes

The services include AI image and video generation, image editing and refinement, the infinite canvas and workflows, ecommerce image sets and batch generation, layer splitting, background removal, vectorization, image-to-CAD conversion, upscaling, and browsing or publishing in the inspiration community. The features actually offered on the platform control.

The services may rely on third-party AI models, cloud storage, SMS, and payment providers. Interruptions, changes, or restrictions at those providers may affect parts of the services; we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact.

We may adjust, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue features as the business develops, and will announce material changes through in-product notices or page prompts. For changes affecting paid benefits, we will give advance notice and handle them lawfully.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, public order, and these terms. You may not:

• violate the constitution or laws, endanger national security, honor, or interests, disclose state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity or territorial integrity;
• incite ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermine ethnic unity or the state religious policy, or promote cults or feudal superstition;
• spread rumors or fabricate or spread false information that disrupts economic or social order;
• create, copy, publish, or distribute obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist, or crime-inciting content;
• insult, defame, intimidate, or threaten others, or infringe their reputation, privacy, portrait, name, personal-information, or other lawful rights;
• infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property rights, or use another person's works, fonts, portrait, voice, or brand marks as generation material or reference without authorization;
• forge certificates, official documents, seals, receipts, or currency, or impersonate government agencies, companies, organizations, or other people;
• create or publish deep-synthesis content that identifies a specific person (including face swaps, voice cloning, or virtual avatars) without that person's consent, or use it for fraud, defamation, extortion, or other unlawful activity;
• engage in telecom or online fraud, false advertising, illegal fundraising, pyramid schemes, gambling, money laundering, illegal cross-border payments, or other unlawful activity;
• generate or distribute content harmful to minors, or induce minors to engage in dangerous or unlawful activity;
• create or distribute malware, viruses, or trojans, or conduct hacking, malicious scraping, credential stuffing, access-control bypass, bulk registration, quota farming, or server attacks;
• scrape, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, or crack our software, APIs, model orchestration, or page content without permission, or use automated tools to call the services at scale;
• lend, rent, sell, or otherwise trade accounts, quota, redeem codes, or referral rewards, or resell the services for profit;
• use the services for weapons, military, illegal medical, illegal financial, illegal surveillance, or other prohibited or high-risk purposes; or
• otherwise violate law, public order, or the lawful rights of the platform or third parties.

If you find unlawful content or conduct, report it to us using the contact details at the end of these terms.

5. Content you upload and generate

Content you upload, enter, generate, save, or publish through the services (including prompts, images, videos, materials, and works) belongs to you or the relevant rights holder. You must have lawful rights to that content and must not infringe any third party's lawful rights.

To provide, maintain, and improve the services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, sublicensable to the extent necessary, to store, copy, transmit, process, display, and cache your content, for example to save your works, create thumbnails, perform content-safety review, or publish to the inspiration community when you ask us to. The license is limited to what is necessary to provide the services and is handled under the Privacy Policy after you delete content or your account is closed.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, and publish and for the consequences of using it. You bear any dispute, complaint, claim, administrative penalty, or legal liability arising from your content, and you must compensate us or third parties for losses caused by it.

We may, but are not obliged to, review user content and may remove, block, or restrict content that is suspected to be unlawful, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

6. AI-generated content

The services generate content using AI models. Results are random and unpredictable: they may differ from your description, contain factual errors, deviate in style, or resemble other works. We do not guarantee that results are unique, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Review them before formal use.

Whether AI-generated content can obtain copyright protection depends on applicable law and the circumstances. We make no guarantee, and you must assess and bear the legal consequences of using generated content.

Under the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services, the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content, the Provisions on the Administration of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services, and other applicable rules, you must fulfill labeling obligations when publishing generated content. You may not remove, alter, or forge lawful AI-content labels, or use generated content to mislead the public.

You may not use the services to create fake news, false advertising, or forged evidence, or to engage in other misleading or fraudulent conduct.

7. Intellectual property

The platform's software, interface design, graphics, trademarks, marks, documentation, model orchestration, prompt templates, and other content we provide are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by law.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise use that content, or remove or alter proprietary notices.

Gleam Star and related names and marks are our trademarks or business identifiers and may not be used without permission.

8. Fees, quota, and refunds

Some features require quota or payment. Prices, quota, and rules are those shown on the purchase page, in product notices, or agreed separately.

Purchase only after understanding the services and fees. Except as required by law or expressly promised by us, consumed quota and delivered services are not refundable.

We may adjust prices, quota, or billing rules as operations change, with reasonable advance notice. Benefits already purchased but not yet used are handled as agreed at purchase or as required by law.

If a system fault causes incorrect charges, contact us and we will verify and correct or compensate appropriately.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We will make reasonable efforts to keep them stable and secure, but do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or fully meet your requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by: (1) force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, or power or network outages; (2) third-party service failures or policy changes, including model, cloud, SMS, payment, and telecom providers; (3) your equipment, network, misoperation, or failure to safeguard your account; (4) hacking, computer viruses, or other events not caused by our fault; or (5) measures we take under law or at the request of regulators.

You are responsible for content you generate, publish, or distribute and for any decision or commercial activity based on it. We do not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, accuracy, or fitness of generated content, which does not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability for the services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim; where the services are free, it is limited to RMB 100.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Breach and enforcement

If you breach law or these terms, we may, depending on the circumstances, warn you, remove or block content, restrict features, reduce quota, suspend or terminate the services, ban your account, refuse refunds, and pursue legal remedies.

For suspected unlawful activity, we may report to public security, cyberspace administration, and other authorities and cooperate with investigations by providing necessary information.

You must compensate us or third parties for losses caused by your breach of these terms.

11. Changes and termination

We may revise these terms for legal, regulatory, or business reasons. Revised terms will be published on this page, and material changes will be announced through in-product notices, pop-ups, or SMS. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the services and you may request account closure under the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the services at any time and request account closure. After closure we handle your personal information under the Privacy Policy, except where law requires retention or it is necessary to resolve disputes.

Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of mainland China.

Disputes arising from these terms or the services should be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before the competent people's court where the platform operator is domiciled.
